Project Overview

Field technicians previously recorded meter readings on paper, leading to transcription errors, lost records, and slow billing cycles. We built a mobile app that lets readers capture meter data with photo evidence, work fully offline in remote areas, and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Supervisors monitor coverage and flag anomalies from a live dashboard.
